Top 5 Co-op Games on iOS in New Zealand Q1 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the top five co-op games on the iOS platform in New Zealand exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look, backed by data from Sensor Tower.

Roblox saw a steady decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $60.6K at the end of December 2021 and gradually decreasing to around $44.5K by the end of March 2022. Weekly downloads also decreased, from 4.9K to 2.9K over the same period. However, the game maintained a relatively stable number of weekly active users, fluctuating between 87.5K and 97.1K.

Apex Legends Mobile showed a notable spike in weekly downloads, peaking at 13K in mid-March before dropping to 4.6K by the end of the month. Revenue followed a similar trend, starting at $5.6K in early March and decreasing to $2.1K by the end of the month. Active users surged to 14.9K in mid-March but then fell to 10.3K.

Call of Duty®: Mobile experienced relatively stable weekly revenue, hovering around $29K to $38.7K throughout the quarter. Downloads showed a slight decline from 2.8K to around 2K by the end of March. Active users remained consistent, ranging from 37.9K to 45.1K.

Clash Royale had fluctuating revenue, starting at $30.4K at the end of December and ending at $25.8K in late March, with a peak of $39.3K in early January. Downloads remained relatively low but stable, around 1.4K to 2.1K. Active users increased slightly from 32.7K to 40.1K over the quarter.

Among Us! experienced a steady decline in both revenue and active users. Revenue dropped from $173 to $93, while active users decreased from 18.9K to 12.9K. Downloads also saw a gradual decline, starting at 2.9K and ending at 1.3K.
